If your dog(s) requires emergency medical attention, we will attempt to contact you prior to veterinary care. However, if we can’t reach you, you agree that we have the authority to act in the dog’s best interest, and you agree to reimburse us for any medical expenses. 

If you would like pictures or a record of how many miles your dog was walked you may have the walker’s number but agree to reach out directly to Olivia Johnson for any additional scheduling requests or concerns.

In the event of rain we will determine if the conditions are safe to walk in and if necessary, the walk will be canceled and rescheduled free of charge.

On days that reach 80°F or higher we will take the dog(s) out for the paid amount of time but will not exercise the dog(s) as we would if it were cooler weather.

Liv’s Leashes requires 24-hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24-hours notice results in a normal billing. 

Walk packages should be used in a timely manner. If you haven’t scheduled a walk within 4 weeks of purchase, we will assume you don’t want them or need them anymore. Any subsequent walks will have to be repurchased and scheduled. 

Liv’s Leashes will not be held liable for the well being or actions of any dog with unsupervised access to the outdoors after the walk is complete.

You agree to permit Liv’s Leashes to share photographs of your dog(s) online and/or on social media pages. No property location information will be provided with photographs. 

Liv’s Leashes and any of our employees or contractors are covered by our general and automobile liability insurance.

You authorize this contract to be valid for future services without additional signed contracts or written authorization. Terms are subject to change.
